Dr Mark Bown – MBChB, MRCGP, FRACGP
Dr Mark Bown completed medical training in Edinburgh and General Practice training in the Borders of Scotland before moving to the Sunshine Coast in 1989 . He enjoys all aspects of general practice with particular interests in Diabetes and Sports Medicine having been involved with a number of elite athletes on the coast over the last 25 years . Dr Bown operates his own medical services business at Lake Kawana General Practice.
When not at work Mark enjoys a range of sporting and musical pursuits .
Fees will apply for patients on a health care card, those over 15 years of age and those without a concession card.
Dr Bown offers consultations in his medical practice Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Wednesday 8.00am – 11.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 1.00pm, but at this time he is unable to accept new patients.
